Linky Real Community Guidelines

Welcome to Linky Real, a fun and engaging platform for interacting with real person. To keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone, we ask all users to follow these guidelines. These guidelines outline prohibited content and activities and will be updated regularly to reflect new features, laws, and regulations.

1. Prohibited Topics and Content

To ensure Linky Real remains a safe and respectful space, we strictly prohibit the following content and behaviors. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or legal action.

A. Sexual Content and Profanity

We prohibit sexual content and abusive language to protect users from harassment, exploitation, and inappropriate exposure, especially minors.

Prohibited:

(i) Explicit descriptions or depictions of sexual acts, nudity, or pornography (including animated/CGI content).

(ii) Solicitation of sexual services, sextortion, or sharing sexually suggestive content involving minors.

(iii) Graphic discussions of fetishes, non-consensual or exploitative acts, or sexual violence (e.g., rape, molestation).

(iv) Repeated use of profanity with intent to harass or degrade others.

B. Hate Speech & Discrimination

Hate speech undermines our commitment to diversity and inclusion. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy to foster respect across all cultures and identities.

Prohibited:

(i) Attacks or dehumanizing rhetoric based on race, religion, ethnicity, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or immigration status.

(ii) Denial of historical atrocities (e.g., Holocaust, genocide).

(iii) Symbols associated with hate groups (e.g., swastikas, extremist imagery).

C. Violence & Harm

Violence threatens the physical and emotional safety of our community. We prioritize removing content that glorifies harm.

Prohibited:

(i) Glorification of real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm (e.g., suicide challenges).

(ii) Instructions for making weapons, explosives, or harmful substances.

(iii) Graphic depictions of torture, animal abuse, or human trafficking.

D. Bullying, Harassment, Insults, and Defamation

Bullying erodes trust, dignity, and mental well-being. We empower users to interact respectfully and hold offenders accountable.

Prohibited:

(i) Targeted insults, slurs, name-calling, or repeated derogatory remarks directed at an individual or group.

(ii) Doxxing, threats, or attempts to reveal or encourage the disclosure of private, identifying, or sensitive information.

(iii) Mocking, belittling, or exploiting victims of tragedies, disabilities, or medical conditions.

(iv) Defamatory statements or spreading knowingly false information intended to harm someone's reputation.

(v) Coordinated harassment campaigns, including group attacks, review bombing, hate raids.

E. Spam, Scams & Fraud

Spam and scams degrade user experience and compromise security. We enforce strict anti-fraud measures to protect our community.

(i) Do not post repetitive, misleading, or deceptive content.

(ii) Avoid phishing, fraud, or unauthorized promotions.

(iii) Do not artificially inflate engagement (e.g., fake likes, bots).

(iv) Do not solicit or induce others to engage in off-platform transactions, including paid services, sexually explicit interactions, or fraudulent schemes. This includes encouraging others to move the conversation to external platforms (e.g., messaging apps or websites) for the purpose of evading Linky Real's safety policies.

F. Youth Safety - Zero Tolerance for Harm to Minors

The following content and behaviors are prohibited:

Sexualization of Minors:

Posting, requesting, or discussing sexually suggestive content, nudity or sado-masochistic abuse involving minors, including:

(i) Comments, descriptions, or jokes about a minor's body, relationships, or sexual activities.

(ii) "Child grooming" (e.g., building trust with minors for exploitation).

(iii) Content that depicts, describes, or implies minors in sexual contexts, in any form (words, voices, images, audio, or video), including fictional, digitally generated, simulated, or manipulated content.

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE):

Sharing, distributing, or soliciting CSAE, including:

(i) Real, altered, or manipulated imagery/videos of minors engaged in sexual or sexually suggestive acts.

(ii) "Child-like" AI-generated avatars, deepfakes, cartoons, or other digital depictions intended to sexualize minors.

(iii) Harmful, dangerous or high-risk acts involving Minors, including content that depicts or encourages such acts.

(iv) Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against Minors.

(v) Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of Minors.

(vi) Promoting or depicting neglect, trafficking or exploitation of Minors.

(vii) Links, instructions, or tools that facilitate access to CSAE.

Predatory Behavior:

(i) Soliciting, coercing, or attempting to involve minors for offline meetups, financial scams, sexual conversations, or explicit content exchanges.

(ii) Impersonating minors to gain their trust (e.g., fake profiles claiming to be under 18).

(iii) Coordinating, facilitating or promoting networks or communities that enable predatory conduct toward minors.

2. Report

We aim to remove content or accounts that violate our rules before they are viewed or shared. Content first goes through an automated review process. If content is identified as a potential violation, it will be automatically removed, or flagged for additional review by our moderators. Additional review will occur if content gains popularity or has been reported.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our guidelines, act immediately:

In-App Tools:

Click the "Report" button on the offending post, profile, avatar, or message.

Select the violation type (e.g., Sexual Content, Harm to Minors, Hate Speech).

Emergency Reporting:

For imminent threats (e.g., self-harm, CSAE), email support@linke.ai with "[URGENT]" in the subject line.

B. Response

All reports will be reviewed and addressed within a reasonable timeframe. Content involving child safety, violent threats, or illegal activities will be escalated for urgent review and legal compliance actions (e.g., reporting to authorities). Legally mandated reports (e.g., CSAE) will be submitted to designated agencies as required by law. Providing detailed evidence (e.g., screenshots, timestamps) helps accelerate resolution.

3. Final Notes

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and positive community for everyone.
